Cveloo Mail provides email services including:
- Email account hosting
- Email sending and receiving
- Email storage
- Web-based email access
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Send spam, phishing, or malicious emails
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Distribute malware or viruses
- Impersonate others
- Send unsolicited bulk emails
5. Service Limitations
Service limitations include:
- Free Plan: 100MB storage, 10 emails per day
- Pro Plan: 5GB storage, 50 emails per day
- Premium Plan: 20GB storage, 300 emails per day
We reserve the right to modify these limitations with notice.
6. Payment Terms
For paid plans:
- Fees are charged annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Cveloo Mail are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our services without permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in illegal activities
- Fail to pay for paid services
- Abuse our services
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cveloo Mail is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or emails
- Service interruptions
- Damages resulting from use of our services
- Third-party actions
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
